Q. Have I gone through the training and am I following the exact steps laid out in the videos?
Pretty basic but a surprising amount of problems, including ranking, can be solved by making sure
the formula is followed.
Q.Have I searched the knowledge base?
We are working to include the most commonly asked questions and problems in the searchable
knowledge base. This will continue to grow over time, so be sure to do a quick search.
Please note: A screenshot displays very limited information so we recommend that you install the free Chrome extension Loom. Loom allows you to make a video recording of everything that is giving you problems which allows us to see exactly what’s happening when you encounter issues. These insights enable us to diagnose problems quickly and it’s the same tool we use ourselves when we create videos to help our fellow RockStars.
