I Am Not Getting GotoWebinar Emails?

If you have signed up for one of our RockStar webinars, but didn’t receive any confirmation or reminder emails, it could be one of 3 things.

1. It might be in your spam or junk folder. Please check there and whitelist emails for future.

2. You might already be registered under your email for one of our past webinars and no need to register again. If this is the case, you might not receive a confirmation email. But you will receive reminders of the webinar as it approaches the date and time of the scheduled webinar. We usually send 3 reminders.

1 reminder 24 hours before

1 email 1 hour in advance

and 1 email when we go live

3. You might have unsubscribed from all GotoWebinar emails on accident. When you are getting added to too many webinars or getting too many messages. Be sure to only unsubscribe from the webinar registration and not from all GotoWebinar emails.

4. You could be on GTW bounce list. Which means, they will stop sending all emails to you. You need to contact GTW support and ask them to remove you from the bounce list. You can contact GTW Support here: http://help.citrix.com/contactus

If you accidentally used the incorrect way to unsubscribe, you will not get any reminders or any emails from anyone using GotoWebinar.

You must use the following link to get back on the mailing list for GTW.

If that still doesn’t work, you can contact GTW to find out why you still aren’t getting confirmation and reminder emails. You might be on the bounce list like explained above.
